| The Beaver Creek staff is excited to offer our patrons an additional option during the 2012 season. This pass will give golfers a great opportunity to save money while not having to invest a lot up front. The discount card will give you free golf in the shoulder season and discounted golf during the peak season with access to all of our championship 27 holes. The details of this card are below and please call with any additional questions. |

| · The discount card will offer free golf as follows: |

| January 1st - April 15th (weather permitting) | September 26th - December 31st (weather permitting) |
|
| (There is a mandatory cart fee during the shoulder season; the cart fee will be our peak cart rate for the season, currently $14 for 18 holes and $10 for 9 holes) |

| · Our discount card will offer discounted walking and riding rates for both 9 and 18 hole rounds during the main season. These rates will be flat rates seven days a week. |

| · Our discount card will extend its free golf offering into the peak season. After 4:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday a card holder is entitled to free golf with the purchase of a peak cart fee as described above. |

| · The discount card will also include free range privileges throughout the year. |
